## Synopsis

The Angry Beavers (1997-2001) is an American animated sitcom created by Mitch Schauer for Nickelodeon. Two young beaver brothers, Daggett and Norbert, leave home to live as bachelors in a forest near Wayouttatown, Oregon, where their cramped bachelor pad, bickering, and eager schemes keep spiralling into mishaps. Each ten-minute episode is a self-contained gag-driven story, so the show is a light, episodic cartoon rather than a serialized saga, and it runs for four seasons and 123 episodes. The engine is simple: the brothers want comfort, independence, and a little glory, and their own impulsiveness and the odd neighbor or passing critter get in the way. The tone is breezy, silly, and warmly sibling-focused, with a raucous Nicktoons energy and a sense of kid-level fun. Fans of Rocko's Modern Life, Hey Arnold!, and Ren & Stimpy will find resonance in its brisk slapstick, odd-couple chemistry, and suburban-style absurdity transplanted to the woods. It suits families and younger viewers looking for a quick, cheerful cartoon.
