## Synopsis

Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (2012-2013) is an American network sitcom created by Nahnatchka Khan for ABC. Krysten Ritter plays Chloe, a scheming, hedonistic Manhattan party girl who takes in June Colburn (Dreama Walker), a naive Midwestern transplant whose big city dreams collapse in her first week in New York. Their shared apartment becomes a battleground of schemes, lies, and reluctant loyalty. Surrounding them is a revolving cast of eccentric neighbors and acquaintances, including Eli Webber (Michael Blaiklock), Mark Reynolds (Eric Andre), and Robin (Liza Lapira), whose antics feed the storylines. Each episode is a brisk, self-contained comedy built from manipulative plans, awkward dates, and social mishaps, with the central friendship providing the warmth beneath the mess. The show runs two seasons and eighteen episodes, shot in a multi-camera style with a fast, cutting rhythm. Its tone is breezy, irreverent, and deliberately unapologetic about its lead's selfishness. Fans of 2 Broke Girls, New Girl, and Girls will find resonance in its raunchy, female-driven take on urban young adult life.
