## Synopsis

My Babysitter's a Vampire (2011-2012) is a Canadian-American family fantasy comedy series produced for Teletoon. Ethan Morgan (Matthew Knight) and his best friend Benny (Atticus Mitchell) are teenagers whose school is constantly menaced by zombies, demons and other supernatural beasties, and they rely on fledgling vampire Sarah (Vanessa Morgan) to help them survive. Their engine is simple and recurring: each episode drops the trio into a fresh supernatural threat at school, forcing them to fight back while juggling ordinary teenage life, friendship and crushes. Erica (Kate Todd) and Rory (Cameron Kennedy) round out the wider circle of classmates who get pulled into the chaos. Across two seasons of 13 episodes each, the show plays as a brisk, self-contained monster-of-the-week format rather than a single arc, with the emphasis on ensemble banter and cheerful action. The tone is playful, goofy and upbeat, with a light touch of horror that never gets heavy. Fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Scooby-Doo and Monster High will find a similar blend of teen camaraderie, supernatural mischief and gentle humor. It is a bright, easygoing show built for younger viewers and family audiences.
