## Synopsis

SAV des émissions (2005-2011) is a French short comedy sketch series created by Fred Testot, Omar Sy and Bertrand Delaire for Canal+. Hosted by the comic duo Omar Sy and Fred Testot, who appear in every episode, the show follows their absurd characters working at an after-sales service office that handles complaints about television programmes. Each short segment is built from workplace absurdity, awkward customer exchanges and escalating comic misunderstandings, with the two performers carrying the chemistry of the sketches. The show runs as a segment attached to the news-style programme Le Grand Journal, and it has been rebroadcast in the morning on Virgin Radio. Across six seasons and roughly 162 episodes, it stays light, breezy and playful, a quick dose of French sketch humour rather than a sustained story. Fans of Little Britain, The Office UK and the satirical puppet show Les Guignols de l'info will find a similar appetite for deadpan office comedy and media parody. Its appeal lies in brisk, self-contained bits that reward viewers who enjoy comic duos and French television satire.
