## Synopsis

Three Sheets (2006-2009) is an American travelogue comedy series created for Travel Channel and later aired on Spike, hosted by comedian Zane Lamprey alongside Stephen McKenna. Lamprey travels from city to city across the world, sampling regional food and drink, joining local drinking rituals, and getting caught up in the customs that surround them. The engine is simple and repeatable: each stop brings a new cuisine, a new libation, and a new social custom to learn, and each episode closes with Lamprey trying a local hangover cure. The show spans four seasons and 52 half-hour episodes, structured as self-contained travel installments rather than one continuing story. Its loose, irreverent energy comes from the host's playful stumbling through unfamiliar bars, markets and dinner tables. Fans of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern and No Reservations will find resonance in its appetite for local food, but Three Sheets leans harder into boozy, goofy comedy. The overall tone is breezy, sociable and light, with an affectionate curiosity about how people across the globe celebrate, eat and recover.
