## Synopsis

Baby Daddy (2012-2017) is a American network sitcom created by Dan Berendsen for ABC Family and later Freeform. Ben Wheeler (Jean-Luc Bilodeau), a bachelor in his early twenties living in New York City, sees his carefree routine collapse when an ex-girlfriend leaves a baby girl on his doorstep. Instead of handing her off, Ben decides to raise her with the help of his best friend Tucker Dobbs (Tahj Mowry), his brother Danny Wheeler (Derek Theler), and his protective, sometimes overbearing mother Bonnie Wheeler (Melissa Peterman). Riley Perrin (Chelsea Kane), a close female friend, adds romantic tension and emotional stakes to the household. The engine of each episode is the clash between the men's immature habits and the sudden demands of daily childcare, from sleepless nights to awkward dates and family interference. The show runs as a continuing story across six seasons and 100 episodes, shaped as a multi-camera-style domestic comedy in a Manhattan apartment setting. Its tone is warm, breezy and comfortably funny, with a found family vibe that recalls the friendly chaos of Three Men and a Baby and Friends. Fans of Friends and How I Met Your Mother will find the same young adult banter and loyal friend circle here.
