## Synopsis

Largo Winch (2001-2002) is a French-American action adventure series created for M6, adapted from the Belgian comic book by Philippe Francq and Jean Van Hamme. Paolo Seganti plays Largo Winch, a young man who inherits a vast international shipping and business empire and must navigate its boardrooms while staying alive. Around him, Sydney Penny as Joy Arden and Diego Wallraff as Simon Ovronnaz form a loyal circle that helps him counter rivals, hired killers and hidden schemes. Serge Houde as John Sullivan and Geordie Johnson as Georgy Kerensky add further weight to the company's power struggles. Across thirty nine episodes spread over two seasons, the engine is simple and effective: each hour pulls the hero between a glamorous business deal and a dangerous location, with chases, betrayals and close escapes. The tone is brisk and escapist, with a pulpy sense of fun and a touch of melodrama. Fans of Burn Notice and Alias will find a similar appetite for resourceful heroes, stylish global settings and serialized intrigue, all set in a present day that feels slick and international.
