## Synopsis

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries (2012-2015) is an Australian period crime series created by Fiona Eagger and Deb Cox for ABC TV. Adapted from Kerry Greenwood's novels, it follows the glamorous, independent Phryne Fisher (Essie Davis), a modern woman who takes on private investigations across late 1920s Melbourne. Her loyal companion Dot Williams (Ashleigh Cummings) joins her in the chase, while Detective Jack Robinson (Nathan Page) of the police is her sometimes reluctant counterpart and Hugh Collins (Hugo Johnstone-Burt) adds a further thread of romance and loyalty.
