## Synopsis

666 Park Avenue (2012-2013) is an American network supernatural drama series created by David Wilcox for ABC. Rachael Taylor plays Jane Van Veen, a young woman who moves into The Drake, the premier apartment building on Manhattan's Upper East Side, alongside her husband Henry Martin (Dave Annable). Their new life glitters with the promise of everything they have ever wanted, but the building's mysterious owner Gavin Doran (Terry O'Quinn) grants desires only at a terrible price, the surrender of the soul. Jane and Henry begin to notice the strange bargains other residents have made, and each episode unpeels another layer of seductive temptation and hidden cost. Terry O'Quinn's quietly menacing presence anchors the building's sinister charm, while Vanessa Williams adds an unsettling polish as Olivia Doran. The single season of thirteen episodes is a serialized, mystery-driven thriller that builds suspense through secrets and moral compromise rather than jolts. Its tone is sleek, dark and paranoid, with a glossy urban surface hiding rot underneath. Fans of Hannibal, Carnivale and The Blacklist will find resonance in its mix of glamour, menace and slow-burn mythology set in present-day New York.
