## Synopsis

Zero Hour (2013) is an American network drama created by Paul T. Scheuring for ABC, a single-season limited run of thirteen episodes that was canceled before its story could finish. Anthony Edwards plays Hank Galliston, the publisher of a skeptical magazine who has built his career on debunking myths and cracking conspiracies. When his wife Laila (Jacinda Barrett) is abducted from her antique clock shop, Hank is drawn into a hunt that stretches across continents and back through centuries. Carmen Ejogo plays Rebecca Riley, a sharp investigative partner, and Scott Michael Foster and Addison Timlin fill out the core search team. Michael Nyqvist plays the menacing White Vincent, whose shadowy presence hangs over the chase. Each episode pushes the investigation through new cities, archives and relics, with clue trails that reward close attention. The tone is taut and suspenseful, with a paranoid edge and a sense that history itself is hiding something. Its puzzle box structure and globe spanning mystery will appeal to viewers who enjoy the X-Files and Sleepy Hollow style of conspiracy storytelling, pitched at a network drama pace.
