## Synopsis

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012-present) is a Japanese animated shonen action series created by Hirohiko Araki for Netflix, TOKYO MX and BS11. Adapted from the long-running manga and produced by David Production, it follows successive members of the Joestar family across generations as they confront supernatural evil, most prominently the vampire Dio Brando. Principal voice cast includes Kazuyuki Okitsu as Jonathan Joestar, Tomokazu Sugita as Joseph Joestar, Yuki Ono as Josuke Higashikata, Kensho Ono as Giorno Giovanna and Yuki Kaji as Koichi Hirose. Each part introduces a new Joestar hero, a fresh crew of allies and a rotating roster of eccentric villains, with fights driven by personal fighting powers and bold strategy. The engine is a sprawling, serialized feud that unfolds across six seasons and many dozens of episodes, with arcs that move between distant locations and eras. The tone is flamboyant and bombastic, mixing gleeful absurdity, grand melodrama and brutal, gory confrontations. Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen, Hunter x Hunter and Berserk will find resonance in its stylized battles and sprawling generational mythology.
