## Synopsis

Rogue (2013-2017) is a United States and Canadian crime drama series created by Matthew Parkhill for Audience. Thandiwe Newton plays Grace Travis, an undercover detective whose emotional life is shattered by the possibility that her own actions contributed to her son's death. Her search for the truth runs straight into a forbidden relationship with Jimmy, a crime boss who may have had a hand in the killing. Cole Hauser co-stars as Ethan Kelly, and Sarah Carter plays Harper Deakins, both entangled in the dangerous operations Grace must infiltrate. The engine of the show is Grace's double life, in which every undercover assignment threatens to expose her and every private compromise deepens her guilt. The series runs four seasons and fifty episodes across a serialized arc, with each season tightening the web of deception around her. Set in a contemporary American underworld of surveillance, informants, and shifting loyalties, the show carries a brooding, tense, and emotionally raw atmosphere. Its stories of moral ambiguity and grief sit comfortably beside The Shield and Breaking Bad for viewers who want a crime story driven by a compromised protagonist.
