## Synopsis

Seven Days (1998-2001) is an American sci-fi drama series created by Christopher Crowe for UPN, running three seasons and 66 episodes. Jonathan LaPaglia plays Frank Parker, a government operative who is sent back up to seven days in time to repair disasters that have gone wrong in a secret project. Alongside him, Justina Vail Evans plays Dr. Olga Vukavitch, Don Franklin plays Craig Donovan, and Alan Scarfe plays Dr. Bradley Talmadge, each caught up in the covert program's shifting demands. The engine of the show is Frank's race to rewrite a doomed week before the damage becomes permanent, with each episode built around a fresh crisis, a conspiracy of officials, and the cost of every altered event. Its shape is serialized, with an ongoing thread about the classified project carried across all three seasons. The setting is late 1990s America, where secret government labs and clandestine missions give the drama a paranoid, procedural edge. The tone is brisk and tense, with a nostalgic sincerity that sits close to the time loop puzzles of Quantum Leap and the conspiracy paranoia of The X-Files. Fans of Journeyman and Quantum Leap will find resonance in its blend of time travel and personal redemption.
