## Synopsis

Four (2009-2010) is a Greek national-television family drama series created by Christopher Papakaliatis for Mega TV. Christopher Papakaliatis plays Petros Xenopoulos alongside Nikos Kouris as Alkis Xenopoulos, Odysseas Papaspiliopoulos as Vasilis Xenopoulos and Panos Mouzourakis as Aris Xenopoulos, four brothers whose outwardly impeccable family life is about to be overturned. Each brother carries a different life, different women, different careers and different desires, and the bonds that unite them also pull them apart. The engine of the series is the gap between the image the family presents and the truths nobody admits: mistakes made, relationships needed and love still dreamed of. Danae Skiadi as Zoe and Nena Menti as Margarita add weight to the romantic and domestic entanglements that test each man. The show runs as a single season of twenty-six episodes, a serialized ensemble piece in which every episode pushes the brothers further toward a reckoning. Its register is wistful, intimate and reflective, grounded in the everyday texture of contemporary Athens. Viewers who enjoy Brothers & Sisters, Parenthood and Desperate Housewives will find resonance in its warm yet bruising portrait of family and second chances.
