## Synopsis

Packages from Planet X (2013-2014) is a US and Canadian animated comedy series created by Jeff Harter for Disney XD. Charismatic fifteen-year-old Dan Zembrosky (voiced by Vincent Tong) lives in the odd town of Iron Bay, where strange cryptic packages begin arriving from an evil alien planet. Dan and his two best friends, including Amanda (Britt Irvin), turn each mysterious contraption to their own advantage, whether to make the soccer team, pass a test to dodge summer school, or wriggle out of trouble. Every episode is a short, brisk eleven-minute caper built on that gadget-of-the-week formula, while the running threat is Copernicus, an alien villain plotting world domination and hunting for the devices. Produced by American Greetings and DHX Media, the single season of fifty-two episodes plays as a light, breezy family adventure with sci-fi gadgetry, teen scheming and comic mischief. Fans of Phineas and Ferb, Ben 10 and Invader Zim will find a similar blend of kid-friendly invention, alien menace and goofy suburban-style comedy.
