## Synopsis

Marvel's Avengers (2013-2019) is an American animated superhero series created by Joe Casey, Duncan Rouleau, Steven T. Seagle and Joe Kelly for Disney XD. Drawing on the Marvel comics universe, it follows a general membership superhero team whose core roster includes Iron Man, voiced by Adrian Pasdar, and Captain America, voiced by Roger Craig Smith, alongside Thor, Hulk and Hawkeye. Loki, voiced by Troy Baker, adds a recurring threat. The engine of each story is the team gathering to stop threats no single hero could withstand, with the heroes' loose commitment to the group adding friction and humor to every mission. Across five seasons and roughly 126 episodes, the series runs as a mostly episodic action adventure with serialized threads that build over time. The tone is brisk, colorful and kid friendly, with banter and spectacle that suit family viewing. Its comic book spirit and boisterous team dynamics will appeal to fans of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Teen Titans and Batman: The Brave and the Bold, which share the animated superhero ensemble energy. Set in a present day style Marvel universe, it delivers bright, fast paced escapism for younger viewers and longtime comic fans alike.
