## Synopsis

Togetherness (2015-2016) is an American comedy drama series created by Jay Duplass and Mark Duplass for HBO. Mark Duplass plays Brett Pierson, a filmmaker whose marriage to Michelle Pierson (Melanie Lynskey) is strained as they juggle parenting their daughter Sophie (Abby Ryder Fortson) and the pull of unfinished ambitions. Brett's best friend Alex Pappas (Steve Zissis), a struggling actor, and Tina Morris (Amanda Peet), an old acquaintance tangled up in the group, orbit the household as the four adults near forty, sharing cramped space and a constant stream of small domestic frictions.
