## Synopsis

The Protectors (2009-2010) is a Danish national television crime thriller series created by Mai Brostrøm and Peter Thorsboe for Danmarks Radio. Set in present-day Denmark, it follows the personal protection branch of the national police, PET, whose officers guard politicians and the royal family. Jonas Goldschmidt (André Babikian), Jasmina El-Murad (Cecilie Stenspil), Rasmus Poulsen (Søren Vejby) and Diana Pedersen (Ditte Gråbøl) form the core of a close-knit team, while Jørgen Boas (Tommy Kenter) and Leon Hartvig Jensen (Thomas W.
