## Synopsis

Love Once Again (2015-2016) is a Turkish romantic comedy-drama series created by Ersoy Güler. Zeynep Taşkın, played by Özge Özpirinçci, returns to Turkey heartbroken after a failed marriage in the United States. Fatih Şekercizade, played by Buğra Gülsoy, is a wealthy man who also came home from America and is pressed by his family to marry Irem. Their meeting on the flight home leads to a pact: Zeynep will pose as Fatih's wife so he can regain his freedom, and she accepts because she refuses to ask her own family for help. The engine of the show is the widening web of lies, with each deception drawing in relatives, rivals and old wounds. Tamer Levent plays Zeynep's proud father, and Lale Başar plays Fatih's formidable mother, whose expectations shape nearly every turn. The series carries the warm, melodramatic register of a classic Turkish television romance, mixing playful comedy with emotional sincerity and a long run of family intrigue.
