## Synopsis

God Eater is a Japanese animated science fiction action series created for TOKYO MX, produced by the animation studio ufotable, and set in a bleak near future where mysterious life forms called aragami devour the planet. The series follows young recruits who wield God Arcs, living weapons fused with the same Oracle cells that power the monsters, and who are organized into an elite force defending the last pockets of human civilization. Lenka Utsugi, voiced by Ryuichi Kijima, and Rindou Amamiya, voiced by Hiroaki Hirata, anchor the squad, with Soma Schiksal, voiced by Kazuya Nakai, and Alisa Ilyinichna Omela, voiced by Maaya Sakamoto, among its principal figures. The engine is constant combat: each episode pushes the hunters into dangerous field missions against shapeshifting creatures while the cost of every victory grows heavier. The thirteen-episode run is a single serialized arc, a compact anime built on visceral battle choreography and kinetic creature design. Its tone is grim and propulsive, tinged with tragedy and survival dread, with moments of camaraderie offering a thin warmth. Fans of Attack on Titan, Tokyo Ghoul and Shingeki no Kyojin will find the same blend of monster spectacle and desperate humanity.
