## Synopsis

Oh My Ghost (2015) is a South Korean television romantic comedy with supernatural fantasy elements, created for tvN as a single-season limited series of sixteen episodes. Park Bo-young stars as Na Bong-sun, a skilled but self-doubting sous chef who can communicate with ghosts. When the seductive spirit of Shin Soon-ae takes possession of her body, Bong-sun suddenly becomes bold, magnetic and confident, which draws the attention of Cho Jung-seok's Kang Sun-woo, the city's most celebrated chef and her secret crush. Lim Ju-hwan, Kim Seul-gi and Park Jung-ah round out the principal cast. The engine of the show is a tangle of identity swaps, kitchen rivalries and romantic misunderstandings, while a slow-building ghost mystery about the spirit's death runs beneath the comedy. Episodes move between workplace friction and supernatural suspense, and the dynamic between the chefs gives the romance its heat. Its tone is playful and warm, with moments of sincere heartache. Fans of Goblin and My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho will find a similar blend of spectral mystery, romance and humor in this tvN drama.
