## Synopsis

Noble, My Love (2015) is a South Korean web series, a short romantic comedy created for NAVER TV, running for twenty episodes of roughly fifteen minutes each. Lee Kang-hoon, the chaebol chief executive of a vast company, is played by Sung Hoon, and the story turns on his encounter with Cha Yoon-seo, an innocent and attractive veterinarian portrayed by Kim Jae-kyung. After Kang-hoon is kidnapped and escapes his captors, he collapses bleeding in front of the animal clinic where Yoon-seo works, and she saves his life. From that rescue, the series builds a rich man poor woman dynamic that unfolds through a contract relationship between two people who come from very different worlds. Kim Dong-seok plays Lee Kang-joon, and Park Eun-seok plays Woo Sang-hyeon, both adding friction and family pressure around the leads. Each short episode follows a comic situation and a warming exchange, giving the series a breezy, sweet register. Its tone is light and cozy, with a playful romantic edge. Fans of Boys Over Flowers, My Love from the Star and Oh My Venus will find resonance in its class-crossing romance and gentle humor. Ratings from audiences were mixed.
