## Synopsis

Silver Spoon (Мажор, 2014-present) is a Russian crime drama series created by Konstantin Statskiy and broadcast on Channel One, Premier, Kinopoisk and ivi. Pavel Priluchny plays Igor Sokolovsky, a cocky playboy who is forced to become an apprentice police officer and discovers he has a real knack for investigative work. Around him, Karina Razumovskaya plays Victoria Rodionova, Dmitriy Shevchenko plays Andrey Pryanikov and Aleksandr Oblasov plays Zheka, each drawn into the same tangled web of police corruption, privilege and street-level criminality. The engine of the series is Igor's struggle to keep his old life and his new badge from pulling each other apart, as every case pushes him further down a dark personal path. Across five seasons and fifty-six episodes, the show moves through a serialized arc in which the cases and the characters' loyalties build on one another rather than resetting each week. Set in contemporary Moscow, it has a gritty, grounded register with a tense, morally grey atmosphere, and its tone blends glossy wealth with the grime of the city's underworld. Viewers who enjoy Brigada and Narcos for their police world, criminal ties and flawed protagonists will find resonance here, and the series rewards patient viewing of its evolving story.
