## Synopsis

Fuller House (2016-2020) is an American family sitcom created by Jeff Franklin for Netflix. It revives the Tanner household of the earlier Full House, with DJ Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure) sharing a San Francisco home with her younger sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and their longtime friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) as they help raise DJ's three boys. Much of the engine is domestic: parenting mishaps, sibling rivalry, neighborly squabbles and the constant negotiation of who is in charge of a crowded house. Each episode is a self-contained family comedy built around a small problem that the household talks through, and the show runs five seasons and seventy-five episodes as a single continuing family story. Its register is warm, cozy and breezy, with a sincere sense of nostalgia for the original series and its familiar characters. Fans of Full House, Everybody Loves Raymond and Sabrina the Teenage Witch will find the same comfort in a loud, loving household and a laugh-track rhythm. The tone stays gentle throughout, making it an easy, reassuring watch for families.
