## Synopsis

Blocked (2015-2016) is a French comedy series created by Kyan Khojandi and Bruno Muschio for Canal+. Two idle friends, played by the rappers Orelsan and Gringe of the Casseurs Flowters, sit on a sofa and talk their way through boredom, waiting for something to happen. The engine of the show is conversation itself: rambling exchanges, pop culture tangents, and absurd questions about films and everyday trivia fill each three-minute episode. Its single season runs 120 short episodes, so the format is closer to a sketch series than a continuing plot. The setting is a modest apartment with no real outside world. The tone is deadpan, wry and slacker-casual, with a warm sense of friendship underneath the stalled days. Fans of Seinfeld, Bref and Waiting for Godot will find the same comic pleasure in nothing happening with style. The show is short, light, and easy to dip into for an easy laugh.
