## Synopsis

Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! (2015-2018) is an American animated mystery comedy created for Cartoon Network and Boomerang, a reboot of the Hanna-Barbera franchise. The gang of Shaggy Rogers (Matthew Lillard), Daphne Blake (Grey DeLisle), Velma Dinkley (Kate Micucci) and Fred Jones with Scooby-Doo (Frank Welker) pile into the Mystery Machine for what may be their last summer break together, hoping for fun and adventure. Instead, monsters keep finding them at nearly every stop along the road. Across two seasons and 53 episodes of about 23 minutes each, the format is a light monster-of-the-week romp: a new town, a new creature, a few gags and a reveal. The art style is brighter and more cartoonish than the classic look, with a sharper comic edge that splits fans sharply from the earlier incarnations. Tone stays breezy and playful, with little real danger and plenty of banter. Viewers who want a family-friendly comedy with a nostalgic kick will find it fits the vein of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and Mystery Incorporated, though its reboot tone is looser and more irreverent. The show suits kids and longtime fans looking for an easy, bright watch that reworks familiar characters for a new generation.
