## Synopsis

El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera (2007-2008) is a Mexican and American animated superhero comedy created by Sandra Equihua and Jorge R. Gutierrez for Nickelodeon. Its protagonist is twelve-year-old Manny Rivera, voiced by Alanna Ubach, who becomes the masked hero El Tigre in a sprawling Mexican-flavored city full of colorful, bizarre enemies. Manny's superhero father, Rodolfo Rivera, voiced by Eric Bauza, and his villainous grandfather, Grandpapi, voiced by Carlos Alazraqui, add a family dynamic that complicates every rescue and scheme. Frida Suárez, voiced by Grey DeLisle, supplies a sharp friendship at the center of his everyday life. The series runs for one season of fifty episodes, and each episode is a self-contained slapstick adventure in which Manny juggles ordinary school and home obligations with the demands of heroism. The tone is bright, brisk, and playful, with physical gags, cartoonish action, and warm family humor that keeps the spirit light. Fans of Ben 10, Teen Titans, and The Loud House will find a kindred mix of youthful heroics, zany villains, and family comedy. Its episodic structure makes it an easy watch for younger audiences and families looking for a cheerful, low-stakes superhero romp.
