## Synopsis

Celebrity Name Game (2014-2015) is an American syndicated reality game show created by Laura Robinson and Richard Gerrits for Pop. Adapted from the board game Identity Crisis and developed by Courteney Cox and David Arquette's Coquette Productions, it is hosted by Craig Ferguson, who also serves as an executive producer. Celebrity guests including Mena Suvari, Joely Fisher, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Sheryl Crow, Josh Hopkins, Cheri Oteri, Billy Gardell and Vivica A. Fox take turns trying to work out their own secret identities. The engine of each episode is simple: players pose yes or no questions to their panel and gradually narrow down the answer, while Ferguson's quick, sardonic banter keeps the pace brisk and the mood playful. The series runs as a single season of 100 episodes, with a light, breezy atmosphere built on wordplay and friendly teasing rather than personal drama. Fans of Hollywood Squares, Whose Line Is It Anyway? and Celebrity Family Feud will find a similar appetite for celebrity-driven comedic guessing and lighthearted competition. Its format suits casual viewing, with each episode a self-contained round of questions, guesses and reveals that rewards quick thinking and easy laughs.
