## Synopsis

Stuck in the Middle (2016-2018) is a American family sitcom created by Alison Brown for Disney Channel. Harley Diaz (Jenna Ortega) is an engineering whiz who builds gadgets to get through life as the middle child among seven siblings. Her brothers and sisters, including Ethan Diaz (Isaak Presley), Daphne Diaz (Ariana Greenblatt) and Georgie Diaz (Kayla Maisonet), keep the household loud and unpredictable, and Harley's inventions often turn small domestic dilemmas into escalating mishaps. Each 23-minute episode is a self-contained case of the week built around a family squabble, a school problem or a scheme that goes sideways, so viewers can pick up any installment without prior context. The run spans three seasons and 57 episodes, following the Diaz family's everyday chaos. The tone is breezy, warm and comedic, with sibling rivalry balanced by affection and a steady sense that the family will always pull together. Fans of Malcolm in the Middle, Good Luck Charlie and The Middle will find the same mix of kid-centered invention, slapstick household disorder and gentle family comedy.
