## Synopsis

Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain is a long-running Hindi sitcom that aired on &TV and now streams on ZEE5. Two neighboring couples anchor the comedy. Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, an unemployed former insurance agent, and Manmohan Tiwari, a successful undergarment businessman, are both dissatisfied in their marriages and secretly admire each other's wives. Vibhuti is married to the confident, modern Anita, while Manmohan is married to the simple, naive Angoori. The engine of the show is their constant scheming to impress one another's wives, which spirals into comic conflicts and chaotic situations, mostly played out inside two cramped homes. Episodes are short, broad, and built on escalating misunderstandings, with recurring neighborhood characters adding to the mayhem. The format is a continuing multi-camera household comedy rather than a limited run, with a breezy, farcical, cheerful tone. Fans of neighbor comedies will find familiar pleasures in its rivalry and domestic farce.
