## Synopsis

No Tomorrow (2016-2017) is an American romantic comedy series created by Corinne Brinkerhoff, Tory Stanton and Scott McCabe for The CW. Tori Anderson plays Evie, a buttoned-up procurement manager at an Amazon-like distribution center whose orderly life is upended when she falls for Joshua Sasse's Xavier, a free-spirited man convinced the apocalypse is imminent. Their engine is a quest to tick off each other's bucket lists before the world ends, and each episode pairs a fresh item on that list with workplace friction, misunderstandings, and small emotional reckonings. Jesse Rath, Amy Pietz and Sarayu Blue fill out the supporting ensemble around them. Running for a single thirteen-episode season, the series is a serialized comedy with a steady romantic throughline, set in contemporary Vancouver. Its tone is breezy and optimistic, with comic sincerity giving way to poignant moments about risk, mortality and living fully. Viewers who enjoyed the offbeat romance of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend or the cheerful absurdity of Jane the Virgin will find a similar warmth here. The show was canceled after one season, leaving its story unfinished.
