## Synopsis

Tokyo Ravens (2013-2014) is a Japanese anime television series adapted from a light novel and produced by Korea Easter Studio and 8bit. Its story follows Tsuchimikado Harutora, voiced by Kaito Ishikawa, a member of a prestigious onmyoji family who cannot perceive spirit energy and so lives a quiet everyday life with his friends at a provincial onmyo branch school. The calm is broken when his childhood friend Natsume Tsuchimikado, voiced by Kana Hanazawa, arrives as heir to the head family and sets his destiny moving. Other principal voices include Ryohei Kimura as Touji Ato, Ayane Sakura as Suzuka Dairenji and Aki Toyosaki as Kon. Across a single 24-episode season, the show alternates school-life banter with spirit-hunting missions, supernatural clashes and clan politics. Its mood is breezy and comedic, with warm friendships and a steady undercurrent of fantasy action. Set in modern Japan where ancient clans quietly police the spirit world, it suits viewers who enjoy shonen-style supernatural action, bantering ensemble comedy and Japanese folklore. Fans of Natsume's Book of Friends, Mushishi and Blue Exorcist will find similar appeal in spirit-world adventure and affectionate character chemistry.
