## Synopsis

Milo Murphy's Law (2016-2019) is an American animated kids comedy created by Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh and Dan Povenmire for Disney XD. Milo Murphy, voiced by 'Weird Al' Yankovic, suffers from an Extreme Hereditary Murphy's Law condition that makes anything that can go wrong do exactly that. Instead of despairing, he greets each catastrophe with endless enthusiasm, and his friends Melissa (Sabrina Carpenter) and Zack Underwood (Mekai Curtis) join him as he tries to ride out the chaos with a positive attitude. Each brisk twelve-minute episode stages a single escalating mishap, from runaway inventions to absurd collisions of everyday life, so the comedy comes from fast visual gags and mounting disaster rather than a continuing plot. Across two seasons the tone stays bright, silly and warm, with a gentle message about not sweating the big stuff. Its cheerful, slapstick energy will appeal to viewers who enjoy Phineas and Ferb and Kim Possible, and it suits families looking for a light, easy-to-follow cartoon that sends its hero off on wild adventures.
