## Synopsis

Aşk Laftan Anlamaz (2016-2017) is a Turkish romantic comedy-drama series created by Müge Uğurlar for Show TV. Hande Erçel stars as Hayat Uzun, a country girl with strict parents who takes a job in the city and finds herself in a love hate relationship with her boss Murat, played by Burak Deniz. Her engine is simple and tense: she is hiding personal secrets that could destroy both her career and the romance blossoming beside her, so every clash in the office carries the risk of exposure. The story unfolds across a single 31-episode season of two-hour installments, mixing bickering workplace scenes with family pressure, rival suitors and the slow accumulation of misunderstandings. Oğuzhan Karbi and Merve Çağıran add layers of rivalry and loyalty among the office circle. Set in contemporary Istanbul, the series balances the warmth of a small-town girl's sincerity against the glossy polish of corporate life. Its tone is breezy and sincerely romantic, with comic exchanges giving way to melodramatic confrontations. Fans of Kara Sevda and Ask-i Memnu will find the same mix of strong-willed heroines, proud men and Turkish romantic melodrama.
