## Synopsis

Big Hero 6 The Series (2017-2021) is an American animated superhero comedy created by Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley for Disney XD and Disney Channel. Picking up right after the feature film, it follows fourteen-year-old tech genius Hiro and his gentle, cutting-edge robot Baymax. Hiro has become the new prodigy at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, where academic pressure and the awkwardness of being the youngest student on campus test him as much as any battle. Off campus, Hiro and his high-tech friends Go Go, Honey Lemon, Wasabi and Fred must defend their city from a rotating cast of scientifically enhanced villains. The series runs three seasons and 65 episodes, mostly built from self-contained adventures with lasting character arcs threaded through them. Its tone is bright, warm and playful, with a strong emphasis on friendship, loyalty and found family. Fans of Teen Titans Go!, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir and Iron Man: Armored Adventures will find a similar blend of youthful heroics, gadget-driven action and lighthearted humor.
