## Synopsis

Snatch (2017-2018) is an American crime comedy series created by Alex De Rakoff and aired on Crackle. Luke Pasqualino plays Albert Hill, a small-time hustler whose ambitions expand when he and his crew stumble onto a truckload of stolen gold bullion. Lucien Laviscount plays his volatile partner Billy Ayers, while Rupert Grint plays Charlie Cavendish, and Dougray Scott and Juliet Aubrey play the Hill family members whose loyalties and pressures complicate every scheme. Each episode is built from a fast chain of bad decisions, clumsy cover-ups and escalating run-ins with dangerous underworld figures who want the gold back. The show runs for two seasons of ten episodes each, forming one continuing story rather than case-of-the-week plots. Its tone blends irreverent banter with sudden bursts of violence, giving the criminal world a restless, darkly comic energy. Fans of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Barry will find resonance in its mix of street-level hustling, gangland menace and comic momentum. Set in contemporary Britain, it leans into a brash, streetwise atmosphere.
