## Synopsis

Ultimate Beastmaster (2017-2018) is an American reality competition series created by Sylvester Stallone and Dave Broome and produced for Netflix. Hosted by Terry Crews alongside a rotating set of co-hosts including Luke Mockridge and Park Kyeong-rim, the show pits elite athletes from the United States and other countries against one another across intense obstacle courses. Contestants race through physically punishing gauntlets where grip, balance, speed and nerve decide who advances, and each episode builds toward cash prizes, individual glory and the pride of representing a nation. The format is a straightforward, competitive spectacle rather than a scripted drama, and its energy comes from the raw athleticism on display and the rush of head-to-head elimination. Viewers have debated how fair the courses are, with some arguing that climbers and parkour athletes hold an edge in the design. Its tone is high energy, sporty and triumphant, with a broadcast-style sheen. Fans of American Ninja Warrior and Physical: 100 will find the same appeal in grueling athletic trials. The series ran for three seasons and twenty-nine episodes before its cancellation.
