## Synopsis

Fight for My Way (2017) is a South Korean television dramedy created by Im Sang-choon for KBS2. Former taekwondo champion Ko Dong-man (Park Seo-jun) and information desk worker Choi Ae-ra (Kim Ji-won) both find that their modest credentials make it hard to chase the futures they want in a competitive, unforgiving job market. Their paths cross through the daily grind of work, sparring and training, and the small humiliations of trying to get ahead. Supporting characters including Kim Joo-man (Ahn Jae-hong) and Baek Sul-hee (Song Ha-yoon) add friendship, rivalry and quiet ambition to the mix. Set in contemporary Busan, the series moves between workplace comedy, romance and sports-drama stakes, with warm, breezy humor balanced against the anxieties of young adults trying to build a life. It is a single sixteen-episode season that rewards viewers who enjoy an underdog story, lighthearted banter and a grounded, hopeful romance. Fans of Reply 1988, Itaewon Class and Hacksaw Ridge will find resonance in its mix of youthful striving, sporting grit and tender human warmth.
