## Synopsis

Phi (2017-2018) is a Turkish psychological romance drama series created by Akilah Azra Kohen for puhutv, adapted from a novel. Celebrated psychologist Can Manay (Ozan Güven) is a consummate bachelor who becomes besotted with Duru (Serenay Sarıkaya) after one meeting, and buys the house next door to hers. Duru is happily settled with her musician boyfriend Deniz (Mehmet Günsür), but Can's calculated mind games begin to erode her certainty about their relationship. Around them, a student of Can's named Bilge (Büşra Develi) and a journalist named Özge (Berrak Tüzünataç) working on an exposé of the celebrity psychologist are drawn into the fallout. The show unfolds across two seasons in a contemporary Istanbul setting, with each episode building tension through quiet manipulation, conflicted loyalties and rising dread. Its brooding, intimate register and glossy urban look will appeal to fans of You and Dangerous Liaisons, and to viewers who enjoy Turkish melodrama with a psychological edge.
