## Synopsis

Dino Dana (2017-present) is a Canadian children's family comedy series created by J.J. Johnson for TVOntario and Prime Video. Dana Jain (Michela Luci), a young paleontologist in training, and her sister Emily, played by Saara Chaudry, set out on a steady run of small expeditions that turn into encounters with dinosaurs. Their parents, Ava (Nicola Correia Damude) and Aman Jain (Amish Patel), provide the warm household backdrop against which Dana's curiosity keeps getting her into gentle trouble. Each episode is built around a self-contained outing, a discovery, and a lesson learned through trial and error, with the sisters' bickering and loyalty giving the adventures emotional ground. The show runs four seasons of thirteen episodes each, and its tone is bright, sweet, and reassuring rather than frightening. Its setting is an ordinary modern Canadian neighborhood where a child's imagination meets prehistoric creatures. Fans of The Magic School Bus and Dinosaur Train will find resonance in its blend of science curiosity, playful family life, and dinosaur wonder, making it a comfortable pick for young viewers and the adults watching alongside them.
