## Synopsis

Run Coyote Run (2017-present) is a Mexican-American bilingual comedy series created by Gustavo Loza for FX, airing three seasons and 39 episodes so far. Harold Torres stars as Gamaliel, the series' central figure, alongside Macarena Miguel as Teresa and Noé Hernández as Don Rómulo, with Héctor Jiménez as Güevín and Maya Zapata as Olga rounding out a large ensemble. Its episodes are built around the everyday friction between family loyalty and personal ambition, with each half-hour driven by a fresh complication that pulls the cast into conflict and reconciliation. The show moves between Spanish and English, giving its humor a border-crossing texture. Shaped as a serialized dramedy rather than a case-of-the-week format, it accumulates relationships and running jokes across seasons. Its tone is brisk, warm and sometimes absurd, with a light touch on heavier emotional moments. Fans of Jane the Virgin, Ugly Betty and Club de Cuervos will find resonance in its telenovela-tinged melodrama, its family-centered comedy, and its bilingual Latino perspective set in contemporary Mexico and the United States.
