## Synopsis

No Trace of You (2016) is a Mexican telenovela created by Carlos Quintanilla Sakar and Adriana Pelusi for Las Estrellas, produced by Televisa and later available on Blim. Adriana Louvier plays Julia Borges, a young pediatrician who vanishes the night before her wedding and reappears five years later on a road, wearing her bridal gown and remembering nothing of the gap. Her story runs through a sixteen-episode single season that treats her search for the truth as an engine of melodrama. Danilo Carrera plays Mauricio Santillana, her fiancé, who has moved on and married Ana Layevska's Camila, Julia's conflictive younger sister. Meanwhile Tomás, her best friend and coworker, has spent his fortune and nearly lost his marriage hunting for her, driven by a love he has never voiced. Julia must rebuild her shattered life while chasing clues about the lost years and the person behind her disappearance. Episodes move through clinic corridors, family confrontations and quiet hospital rooms, with a heightened, emotional register. Tone is romantic, anxious and wistful, with a mystery thread running beneath the soap. Fans of Yo soy Betty, la fea and La usurpadora will find resonance in its melodrama, love triangles and sisterly rivalry.
