## Synopsis

Strongest Deliveryman (2017) is a South Korean romance drama series created by Lee Jeong-woo for KBS2. Filmed as a single sixteen-episode season, it follows two gutsy food delivery workers who are determined to overcome their socioeconomic disadvantages and reach ambitious goals. Go Kyung-pyo plays Choi Gang-soo, a delivery rider whose hustle drives the show, while Chae Soo-bin plays Lee Dan-a, the spirited counterpart whose own aspirations collide with his. Kim Seon-ho plays Oh Jin-gyu, adding a further layer of rivalry and romantic tension among the young workers. The engine of the story is the daily grind of routes, tight deadlines, and small-scale ambitions, with each episode built from ordinary work moments that gradually turn into love. The setting is contemporary urban South Korea, where money worries and job insecurity shape every decision. The tone is warm, earnest, and hopeful, with comedic beats softening the hardship and a steady undercurrent of longing. Viewers who enjoy Reply 1988, Itaewon Class, and Business Proposal will find a similar blend of youthful striving and sweet romance. Rated 15 in Korea, it is a light, character-driven slice of life that rewards patience and emotional investment.
