## Synopsis

In Another World with My Smartphone (2017-2023) is a Japanese isekai animated series created for AT-X and produced by J.C.STAFF. Touya Mochizuki is accidentally killed, and as an apology a god reincarnates him into a sword and sorcery fantasy realm with one wish, which he spends on keeping his smartphone. Voiced by Katsumi Fukuhara, Touya befriends a circle of strong-willed companions, including Yumina Urnea Belfast (Marika Kouno), Yae Kokonoe (Chinatsu Akasaki) and Sushie Urnea Ortlinde (Nanami Yamashita), while his modern gadget becomes a source of quiet advantage in a world of magic and rival rulers. The engine of each episode is his easygoing wandering through towns, guilds and noble politics, where his casual confidence keeps running into people who recognize power they cannot explain. Across two seasons of twelve episodes each, the show plays as a light, episodic-leaning fantasy adventure with a sincere, breezy register, warm companionship and occasional mystery about an ancient civilization. Its mood is cheerful and gently comic rather than grim. Fans of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and Konosuba will find much of the same reincarnation-driven, good-natured escapism here.
