## Synopsis

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days (2017-present) is an American reality television series created for TLC, a spin off of the wider 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Its format follows couples who have built a relationship entirely online and have never met in person. Cast members Ed Brown, Rosemarie Vega, Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi appear as themselves as they travel to their partner's foreign country for the first time, hoping to confirm that the connection holds up in real life and to start the K-1 fiancé visa process. Each episode is made of airport arrivals, awkward first dinners, meetings with family, and confessional interviews in which the partners weigh their doubts against their hopes. The engine is simple and emotional: will a romance built on screens survive the friction of language barriers, cultural expectations, and money pressures. The show runs across eight seasons and more than a hundred and thirty episodes, with a continuing format that keeps its tension alive from one season to the next. It is an unscripted, confessional look at love and commitment, with a tone that swings between tender, anxious, and bluntly candid. Fans of 90 Day Fiancé, Love Is Blind and Married at First Sight will find the same mix of high stakes and raw personal drama.
