## Synopsis

Tom and Jerry Tales (2006-2008) is an American animated comedy series created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera and broadcast on The CW. It follows the long-running cat-and-mouse duo Tom and Jerry, whose rivalry plays out through short, self-contained cartoon episodes of roughly seven minutes each. Each story turns on a fresh chase or prank in which the cat's schemes repeatedly collapse and the quick mouse outwits him, so the engine of every episode is escalating physical mischief rather than dialogue-heavy plotting. The series runs across two seasons and seventy-eight episodes, a light, bouncy format built for young children and family viewing. Its tone is cheerful, breezy, and gently absurd, with wordless slapstick and exaggerated collisions carrying the humor. Fans of Looney Tunes, The Tom and Jerry Show, and Tiny Toon Adventures will find the same classic animated rivalry comedy here, reshaped into quick, easy-to-watch episodes.
