## Synopsis

Exorcist (2017-2019) is a Polish adult animated comedy series created for Showmax, an original Polish animation with the Egzorcysta title. Protagonist Bogdan Boner, a jack-of-all-trades who works as a handyman, house painter and lawn mower, has taught himself exorcism and has yet to meet a demon he cannot kill. Across three seasons of roughly twelve-minute episodes totaling thirty-nine installments, each story pits this blue-collar everyman against a new supernatural nuisance, with the comedy coming from makeshift tools, crude improvisation and the clash between ordinary chores and infernal threats. The overall register is irreverent, deadpan and crude, a short-form cartoon sensibility that plays demon hunting for laughs in an everyday Polish milieu. Fans of Rick and Morty, Mike Tyson Mysteries and Aqua Teen Hunger Force will find kinship in its offbeat absurdity and rough-edged genre parody. The series is built as episodic comedy with recurring characters rather than one continuing epic, making it a light, easy watch for anyone who wants quick, irreverent animation with a supernatural twist.
