## Synopsis

Keeping Faith (2017-2020) is a Welsh-language British drama mystery series created for S4C, a broadcaster known for its Welsh-language productions. Eve Myles plays Faith Howells, a small-town Welsh lawyer who is forced to return early from extended maternity leave when her husband and business partner, Evan Howells (Bradley Freegard), goes missing. Across three seasons and twenty episodes, the engine of the series is Faith's determination to protect her family and her own sanity while the truth about Evan's actions slowly surfaces. Each season builds on the search and the secrets it uncovers, moving through interviews, personal confrontations and the fragile routines of a close community. Supporting roles include Mark Lewis Jones as Steve Baldini and Hannah Daniel as Cerys Jones, whose connections to the case deepen the mystery. The mood is tense, intimate and emotionally grounded, with a steady undercurrent of unease within a familiar Welsh town. Fans of Broadchurch, The Missing and Liar will find resonance in its domestic suspense and serialized mystery. The show is set in the present day of its broadcast in contemporary Wales.
