## Synopsis

Tada Never Falls in Love (2018) is a Japanese animated slice of life romantic comedy series created for AT-X and produced by Doga Kobo. Across one thirteen-episode season, photography-loving high schooler Mitsuyoshi Tada (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura) is a boy who has never known love, and his life shifts when he meets Teresa Wagner (Manaka Iwami), a transfer student from Luxembourg who arrives lost and alone. Principal voices also include Mamoru Miyano as Kaoru Ijuuin and Shino Shimoji as Alexandra Magritte, both drawn into the orbit of the group. The engine of the show is small and concrete: club activities, cafe afternoons at a grandfather's coffee shop, school events, and the slow, awkward work of two people learning what closeness means. Episodes move at an easygoing pace, with humor arising from misunderstandings and social hesitation rather than from high stakes. The setting is a contemporary Japanese school town, its cherry blossoms and seasonal rhythms giving the story a gentle, wistful atmosphere. Fans of Horimiya, Lucky Star and Kaguya-sama: Love Is War will find resonance in its blend of sincere romance, light comedy and quiet coming of age. The result is a soft, low-pressure watch with a warm, dreamy finish.
