## Synopsis

Price Of Passion (2017-2018) is a Turkish national-television romantic drama series created by Sema Ergenekon and Eylem Canpolat for Kanal D. Ferhat (İbrahim Çelikkol), a hitman working for his criminal uncle, and Aslı (Birce Akalay), a young and idealistic doctor, have their lives collide when she is forced to operate on a man Ferhat has shot. The engine of the story is the tension between her ethics and his violent loyalties, as blackmail, a marriage contract and family conflict tie them together against their will. Supporting principal roles include Muhammet Uzuner as Namık Emirhan, Arzu Gamze Kılınç as Yeter Aslan and Deniz Celiloğlu as Yiğit Aslan. Told as one continuing story across a single season of 32 episodes, the series unfolds in long emotional chapters rather than standalone cases. Its setting is contemporary Istanbul, a city of clinics, family homes and criminal back rooms. The mood is melodramatic and intense, with romantic longing, guilt and danger mixed in equal measure. Fans of Kara Sevda and Ezel will find resonance in its blend of passion, criminal stakes and domestic drama, and the series suits viewers who enjoy slow-building romance with edge.
